Institute Welcomes Two New Members to Leadership Circle: 4Xor and Element-M
       
The Institute relies on the generous support of individual donors, foundations and corporations to maintain and expand its innovative programming. New Diamond Level member 4xor Corporation and Gold Level member Element-M have joined five other Leadership Circle members: National Holdings CorporationThe Research Park at FAUOswald InsuranceDazkal Bolton, and Edwards Wildman.

4Xor has been a leading provider of expert-level consulting services to Fortune 500 clients as well as state, local, and federal agencies. The company specializes in large Enterprise Business Transformation programs providing a total solution to customers. Their approach is to understand the business problem and implement a Program Portfolio Management system leveraging a diverse template- driven methodology and other tools to provide a comprehensive roadmap and total solution.

Element-M engineers brands for entrepreneurial companies, working exclusively with founders and principals. Founded in 2009, Element-M is an award-winning agency that works with a diverse set of entrepreneurial businesses with the sole mission of engineering stronger brands for greater market share and growth.


 
Funding Provided to Orlando-Based Advanced Materials Firm
Fifteen Companies Now Funded Through Seed Capital Accelerator Program


Garmor, Inc. recently received funding through the Institute’s Seed Capital Accelerator Program which provides loans to qualified companies that have raised private matching investment capital. Based on sponsored research conducted at the University of Central Florida, Garmor manufactures graphene and composites for applications across multiple markets that currently use fiberglass, ceramics, plastics, epoxies, and metals. 
 
The Institute works with some of Florida’s most promising inventors and business leaders and delivers both company building and company funding programs. According to Anastasia Canavan, Garmor President and CEO, “participation in in the Seed Capital Accelerator Program  will be of great benefit to Garmor and will truly help support the business during this challenging growth period.  The Institute team was extremely professional, helpful and supportive throughout the process, and we are excited to begin moving Garmor into the next phase of our business model.”

New Institute Website Unveiled
Enhanced Functionality Streamlines Ease of Use, Connectivity


 
As part of the Institute’s ongoing efforts to make it easier for inventors, entrepreneurs, CEOS and funding sources to connect and build new companies, we have launched a new website that features: 
 
-      Improved search capabilities with multiple navigation options;
-      Multiple links to research partner web sites and new company opportunities;
-      Easier access to resources, partners and news;
-      Company spotlights via video, news articles and testimonials;
-      Online payment processing for donors.

The site boasts a new design and user interface making it easier for visitors to align their interests with resources and contacts to develop great Florida-based companies.
