Join Us at the FBIA Winter 2023 Conference in Ft. Lauderdale

Ft. Lauderdale, FL - The Institute will support the upcoming FBIA Winter 2023 Conference in Ft. Lauderdale, where the Institute will participate in a panel called Mock Investor Interview: How to prepare your clients for success. This will enable entrepreneurs to learn more about the questions investors typically ask prospective companies and unpack the answers from an investor’s perspective. The event will take place at the Alan B. Levan | NSU Broward Center of Innovation on February 2nd and February 3rd.

In addition, the FBIA is awarding its Community Impact Awards at the conference to recognize a small (<25k sqft) and large (>25k sqft) highly effective incubation program. Only non-profit programs are eligible to win the award. Selection Criteria for the prize will be made based on the sustained impact of the incubation program on job creation, outside investment secured by incubator clients, and other commercialization metrics, such as the number of products launched, number of patents, level of collaboration with other clients on revenue-producing products/ventures. The award will be presented at the conference.
