On February 1st, 2017, Intecrowd acquired HCM Partners to help grow our Application Managed Services (AMS) business. Intecrowd CEO Don McDougal stated “HCM Partners has strong capabilities to support AMS clients, an excellent reputation, and values consistent with our own. The deep Human Resources expertise and experience of HCM Partners allows us to offer our Workday clients a broader range of services. We are thrilled to have them join our team!”
The acquisition brings Intecrowd several important customers and adds a new Intecrowd hub in Dallas, TX. The HCM Partners team also brings strong leadership and expands Intecrowd’s capabilities and capacity at a critical time in our growth.
The HCM Partners team will initially join Intecrowd as “HCM Partners, a division of Intecrowd.”
